This pale pink blazer has been transformed into something blood-splattered + glamorous: An embellished disco cape for Carrie, the telekinetic teen with a score to settle! The cape + fringe is blood splattered throughout and has blood red teardrop pendants scattered throughout that were attached by hand.
On the hem, long beaded red fringe with a layer of white chainette fringe. On the back, Carrie's iconic line "It's not Satan, Mama. It's Me." is stitched in pink + red. On either shoulder, Carrie's hand coming up from her grave in pink and a prom queen crown. On the front lapel, "Carrie for Prom Queen '76" and on either chest, Carrie's post-crowning silhouette and flames in shades of pink. A chained crown + rhinestone brooch at the front for closure.
