Sea Hag Disco Cape with Rhinestones, Fringe Trim, Seaweed, Beads + Bobbers

This vintage navy blazer has been transformed into something glamorous + waterlogged: An embellished disco cape for Sea Hags (with shoulder pads still intact)! The cape has aqua rhinestones that were hand-placed and adhered all along the collar.
On the hem, long blue fringe, as well as periodic wooden fishing bobbers + trim hand-dyed to look like seaweed. Two metal whale tails fasten the cape closed in front. On the back, "Sea Hag" is stitched in light blue; on the front, Wyck's words to Mayor Tom Loftis: "Every sailor knows the story of the hag." Throughout the jacket are nautical-themed charms + vintage brass sailor buttons.
